To create an account on WowBet, the following conditions must be met. WowBet reserves the right to terminate any account that does not meet these requirements.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. A national ID card or passport may be required for age verification.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any stored funds may be forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information will result in account termination.

• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone. You are solely responsible for the security of your account.

You are advised to complete identity verification (KYC) after registering your account. Without completed KYC, withdrawal limits will be restricted and you may face difficulties claiming larger prizes.

Deposit Terms:

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (for KYC-verified users)
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Occasionally, verification may extend this to a maximum of 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made only to the same account from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals will be blocked if any bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.

WowBet does not accept chargebacks or transaction reversals under any circumstances. If a suspicious transaction is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended and additional documentation may be requested for verification.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless WowBet itself voids it.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

• In the event of any dispute regarding a result, WowBet's decision is final and binding.
• In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds at the moment the bet is confirmed will apply.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, WowBet reserves the right to void the affected bet.

For Sports Betting, WowBet follows the rules of international sports federations. Any suspicion of match-fixing or other forms of manipulation will result in the relevant bet being voided and the account being investigated.

WowBet complies with international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) policies. Verifying every user's identity is our legal obligation.

Documents required for KYC:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)

• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraud

• Harassing or threatening other users

WowBet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• If any section of these terms and conditions is violated
• If registration or KYC documents are submitted with false information
• If suspicious financial activity is detected
• Under instruction from a legal authority
• If the user requests permanent account closure

WowBet is committed to providing the highest quality of service. However, WowBet is not liable for the following.

• If a bet is missed or a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection
